MAC Fluidline

Hi guys hope you're all doing well

This is what I bought on Sunday not much but I like it; it's the MAC fluidline gel liner I love it and all but I used the Loreal cream liner before and it seems very similar, when I tried it I thought it'd have more of a gel feel than a creamy one. 

 

Unfortunately I don't have my Loreal cream liner so I can't compare but I swear I'm not being crazy about this.

There are a couple of Youtube video's on this guess I'll have to check them out, I've been reluctant to watch any video's about it because I don't want to regret a purchase I made but just to cure my crazy I'm going to today.

Hi guys

Wanted to do a bit of shopping today but ended up only purchasing one item, there were to many things I wanted to buy but I knew I'd end up spending way to much. 

This is what I wore today.

I've been looking at my hair in old photo's and recent photo's I've posted; and my hair is in dire need of tlc you can see the damage from afar which really bothers me because it looks like I don't take care of myself. I've added alot of new things to may hair care routine but it looks like it's not enough; I've got a couple of things I want to buy and try out so we'll see how it'll  work out.

MAC Chen Man Love and Water Collection

Just found out about this and am so excited but whenever mac comes out with a new collection I never have any moola which makes me depressed just thinking about it.

I don't now much so let me share what I do know:

It is an 18 piece collection inspired by Chen Man more specifically her fascination with love and water as you will clearly see in the collection.

Believe it or not but that was the first time I ever worn shorts outside during the day, it just goes to show that you change as a person as time goes on, and when you truly accept your body shape and all is when you can really enjoy fashion and become more adventurous.

Taal Monument/Language Monument

Hi guys!

As promised here are the photo's of the Taal Monument as well as some history.

It is called the Afrikaans Language Monument which overlooks Paarl, it opened in 1975 and commemorates the semicentenary of Afrikaans being declared an official language of South Africa separate from Dutch.

It is truly a sight to behold the spectacular views and amazing architecture makes you really feel...words can't explain how amazing it is to be there hopefully the photo's will explain it better than I can.

Taal Monument

Hello everyone hope you're all well.

Went to the Taal monument yesterday for a photoshoot I was working on then went to a few places after that came home and was completely exhausted thus I didn't post anything yesterday, sorry.

The theme or the pattern I noticed yesterday was "Firsts" I did alot of things for the first time and yes I still feel great but I wish I could experience something like that everyday; for one I've never been to the Taal monument before.  

I'll elaborate more on my next post because I'm still a bit tired.

I'm lazy!

I've been really lazy as of late and have no idea why (I have a theory) and have been neglecting alot of things like this for example: 

 

Started it but never finished reading it, read OUT and loved it so I thought why not start the next book only to never complete it. I just get annoyed with myself when I don't finish something I start; it's something I'm working on.

Colour me

Hi all!

I was attempting to clean my bedroom when I saw these pencil crayons scattered on the floor and thought why not be artist and take some unnecessary photo's. 

You know how it goes when you need to tidy up you end up being distracted by something thing and at the end of the day the cleaning doesn't get happen at that point I usually say "Oh... it's to late to start cleaning now, I'll start again tomorrow" but tomorrow's cleaning never happens it's a vicious cycle.

I have to admit that when I took these photo's they seemed fine to me but looking at them now they're really blurry sorry about that, what can I say...

Since I started this blog I haven't been feeling the name, I also feel that it's a bit to long as a url; so I'm currently reaching deep within myself to find an awesome name...okay it's not as dramatic as that but I feel that when I find that perfect name my blog will be better.

Hair care routine

Hi everyone hope you're having a great day ^.^

After yesterday's post I had hair on the brain and thought why not do a post of my hair care routine.

It's nothing exciting or crazy these are just products that help with the problems I have right now.

 (From left to right) Morphosis scalp exfoliator; vital multivitamin for hair skin & nails; Dr. Miracles hair mask for damaged hair; Nu-Hair moisturising hair masque; Bergamot essence; Organics conditioner for damaged hair; Head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoo. 

 You will notice a pattern when looking at my hair products and that most of them are for treating damaged hair. I've been trying to grow my hair for a couple of years and at one point I felt that my hair was stuck at this certain length. I remember asking myself why has my hair had stopped growing? After doing some research over a couple of months I found that my hair is quite damaged.

Now as the stubborn girl I am I'm not going to cut it even though I know that cutting my hair would sort out all the damage and split ends.

So let me explain my routine first I exfoliate my scalp when it's dry with morphosis rinse it out, and shampoo with head and shoulders twice concentrating on my scalp, towel dry my hair and apply bergamot seesnce from root to tip, if I decide to to a masque I will choose between Nu- hair and Dr. Miracles if not then I would just apply conditioner rinse then leave my hair to dry.

Lets hope that this routine will treat my hair and help with hair growth.

Theory Slash Rant Time

Hello everyone hope you're all doing well ^_^

Okay bare with me on this people. 

So I have this theory, whether it's true or not is up to you to decide also it's a silly theory and might not make any sense so try not to take it to seriously. 

Now that the formalities are out of the way I'll get on to the topic at hand and it started with a question I asked myself...do girls with long hair seem pretty and stylish? I know it's a stupid and time wasting question but a question non the less. 

To a girl; a women hair is her crowning glory, a way to show her femininity and to others it is something else completely but to most us it is a main feature to signify that we're female, as time goes on we become consumed with our hair and can't see ourselves without it being a certain length (e.g having long hair).

Okay I got completely sidetracked there but now we know how important hair is to some of us, but the question I asked still remains unanswered.

I think that in order for you to understand what I'm trying to say visuals will make the message come across better.
